An Evening with Bay Area Author Maria Murnane

Saturday, August 28, 2010

6-8pm

Includes light refreshments, raffle, & goody bag.

Maria Murnane, author of Perfect on Paper, is a Cal Berkeley and Northwestern graduate who spent nearly 10 years climbing the career ladder in Silicon Valley before finally admitting to herself that she was miserable. What did she do about it? That's the story she'll share at this fun event. She hopes it will inspire you to find what makes you happy in life and GO FOR IT -- no matter what.

By the way, Perfect on Paper is a romantic comedy, and while many men have emailed Maria to tell her how much they enjoyed reading it, she has dedicated the book to any woman who has ever been on a really bad date or realized halfway through the workday that her skirt is on backward.
